What kind of glass materials do you use? 
• High White Glass: High light transmittance, free of impurities, suitable for high-end wine bottles and water cups. 
• General White Glass: Offers good value for money and is suitable for large-volume production. 
• White Opal Glass: Resistant to impact, suitable for use in microwave ovens and dishwashers. 
• High borosilicate glass: Resistant to heat from -20℃ to 150℃, resistant to sudden temperature changes, suitable for tea sets and coffee cups. 
• Crystal-clear glass: Has a texture similar to crystal, with a transparent and bright white appearance. 
2. Is the glass lead-free? Is it food-grade?
All glassware that comes into contact with food, beverages, and drinks is made of lead-free eco-friendly glass, which complies with food contact standards and can offer:

• EU 1935/2004 (EU Food Grade) 
• LFGB (German food grade, optional) 
3. What is the typical thickness of the glass?

5. Do you have stock available? What is the minimum order quantity for stock?
For regular shapes, we have stock available: 
• Glass cups: Generally, orders of 500 to 1000 pieces are required for delivery. 
• Glass bottles: Available in stock. Minimum order quantity: 1000 to 3000 pieces.
Special shapes and customized models are not available in stock. 
6. Can you provide the size drawings?
Yes, we can provide drawings of the product's diameter, height, base diameter, wall thickness, and capacity. We can also modify according to the customer's drawings.
III. Customization and Craftsmanship (Key Points) 

7. What surface treatments can be carried out? 
• Roasted flower / Embossed paper (Burned at high temperature of 550-600℃, non-fading, scratch-resistant) 
Screen printing (single color/multi-color LOGO) 
Gold or silver embossing 
• Sandblasted (Full Sandblasting / Partial Sandblasting)

8. How does the heat-resistant paper perform? Will it come off?
High-temperature decorative paper: Sintered at 550℃ to 600℃, permanently attached, can be washed in a dishwasher, does not come off or fade. 
9. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 
Conventional process printing (screen printing / heat stamping): Single color, single design, 3,000 - 5,000 pieces 
• New molds: Generally starting from 10,000 to 50,000 pieces (depending on the size of the product) 
Small orders can be negotiated. Some styles can be mixed together. 
10. Cost and duration of mold production? 
• Mold fee: Depending on the size of the product, it is generally ¥800 to ¥5000 per set. 
• Mold release cycle: 15 to 30 days 
A refund of the mold cost will be given upon reaching the agreed order quantity. 
11. Can you make bottle caps / packaging sets?
Yes, we can provide:
• Bottle cap: Plastic cap, aluminum cap, wooden cap, cork, dropper cap, pump head

12. How long does the production cycle take? 
• Stock available: 3 to 7 days 
Standard customization (printing/etching): 15 to 25 days 
• New mold creation + customization: 30 to 45 days 
13. Packaging method? 
• Standard: Single bubble bag + inner box + outer box 
• Safe packaging: foam padding + thick cardboard box + pallet 
• Export standards: Compliant with shipping/air transportation requirements, with a low rate of damage. 

14. What to do about damaged transportation?
Full inspection before shipment, insurance for damaged goods upon delivery. Customers can provide a photo of the damaged items within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide a list of damages. After confirmation, free replacement or deduction of the payment will be offered.

Six. Samples and After-sales Service 
19. Can I have a sample? How much is the sample fee?
We can provide samples: 
• Existing samples: Sample fee is free. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. 
• Customized proofing: A proofing fee will be charged. The fee will be refunded after placing the order for the bulk production. 
• Sample period: 3 to 7 days 
20. Are small bubbles or water marks on the product normal?
This is a normal phenomenon in glass manufacturing and is a common international standard. Minor imperfections are allowed and do not affect the strength or usability. High-end high-white materials can strictly control such flaws. 
21. How long is the after-sales warranty period?
For non-human damage and quality issues, they can be handled through after-sales service within 30 days after delivery.
